Our newsletter, “The Bridge,” offers information about our local programs, courses, and community outreach activities as well as news of interest to our membership. We often include information about programs sponsored by other mental health support organizations in or near our affiliate towns. NAMI MA Peer-to-Peer Course Online
NAMI’s Peer-to-Peer class is for those wishing to establish and maintain their own mental wellness. NAMI MA is sponsoring the free, eight session, weekly course via Zoom. Register now for the June start date.
Volunteer for Chai & Chat
We hosted an information session about NAMI’s Chai & Chat initiative which is a program that centers on destigmatizing the conversation around mental health and wellness in South Asian communities. The next step is to identify volunteers who want to help build the program in Massachusetts. There is also a wait list to attend future programs.
