Save the Date: NAMI Central Middlesex Annual Meeting

We will gather IN PERSON, yes IN PERSON, on Monday, January 27th at the Edinburg Center, a community mental health center. The location is near the intersection of Route 62 and Route 3 at 205 Burlington Road in Bedford.

The evening will start at 6:30 with dessert and social time. Presentations will begin at 7:00. We’ll have a quick overview of our affiliate’s activities in 2024. Then representatives from DBT Works in Concord, Sarah Immerman, PsyD, Director of Family Services, and Erika Esposito, PhD, Director of Research & Program Development, will enlighten us about the growing comprehensive treatment approach of DBT or Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Learn about DBT and its suitability for people who experience emotions very intensely.

Bring your ideas about how we can support strong mental health in our communities!
