Head to Melrose for Mental Health 101

The Melrose Health & Human Services and Melrose Recreation departments are sponsoring two separate sessions of Mental Health 101 during May, Mental Health Awareness month. Learn about signs & symptoms, stigma, self care and how to help someone during this two hour program. NAMI Central Middlesex volunteers will be on hand with our community information table display available to answer questions about our programs and area resources.

Potential attendees can choose between Thursday, May 9th or Thursday, May 23 from 6:00-8:00 pm. The in person program will be in the Milano Center at 201 W. Foster St, Melrose MA. Registration is available below.
